Grade 2 - We are working on learning where foods belong on the food pyramid. Choosing healthy snacks and the fact that food is fuel for the body.

Grade 3 - We are working on learning a concept called "Go-Slow-Whoa." This is about distinguishing a better, best and worst choice on each portion of the pyramid. For instance a piece of whole wheat bread is a Go, and a piece of white bread is a Slow.

Grade 4 - We are reviewing the Go-Slow Whoa concept at the moment. The fourth graders will be having a quiz on this during the week of February first.
